Mr. Zoeller is a Board Certified Civil Trial lawyer and has practiced law in Florida since 1998. He began his professional career as an Assistant State Attorney in the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in Ft Pierce, handling an extensive criminal caseload — from minor misdemeanors to second-degree felonies. He has been involved in Civil Trial Litigation handling all phases of civil cases involving Motor Vehicle Accidents, Medical Malpractice, Products Liability, Personal Injury Protection (PIP), Slip and Falls, Toxic Torts, Construction Litigation, Coverage Issues, and Bad Faith Cases.
Mr. Zoeller has obtained more than $100 million dollars in verdicts and settlements, with many that have been recognized as the top verdicts in both the United States and Florida. The American Institute of Trial Lawyers recognized him as the 2023 Personal Injury Litigator of the Year and he is listed as one of the Best Lawyers in America.
