Allen Smith founded the Smith Law Firm, PLLC in 2007, and since its inception has fought for those injured and killed by defective products or wronged by major corporations.
The Smith Law firm started talcum powder and ovarian cancer litigation, filing the first case in South Dakota in 2009. Since that time, the Smith Law Firm has served as lead counsel on every talc and ovarian cancer case in the United States and Canada.
