Lawyer Profile

Elliot Eslamboly is the founder and managing partner at The Law Collective. Elliot became a personal injury attorney because he believes it gives him an extraordinary opportunity to support vulnerable people during one of the most difficult periods of their lives. Elliot cares about and understands the trauma of each client and their families — he knows that when a person is affected, their loved ones also go through their emotional and financial struggles.

“The legal system in the USA favors the rich, wealthy and elite,” Elliot Eslamboly says. “We fight for the little guy, but bring an aggressive underdog mentality.”

He began his career working at two prestigious litigation firms, side handling difficult and complex catastrophic injury cases, paraplegic and quadriplegic cases, traumatic brain injuries and wrongful deaths. He represented individuals and celebrity clients involving high exposure disputes. With these experiences, Elliot learned how the defense thinks and strategizes. He knows the hardball tactics employed by the insurance companies and fights zealously against them on behalf of his clients as well.

Now, at The Law Collective, Elliot is the ultimate advocate for personal injury victims. Those who know Elliot describe him as a strong and persuasive negotiator, with extraordinary oral and written communication skills. He takes great care of his clients, making sure they get the best personalized attention, and ultimately, the justice they deserve.

Among the areas of law that Elliot handles at The Law Collective are: vehicle collisions, underinsured motorist cases, traumatic brain injuries, paraplegic and quadriplegic cases, wrongful death, school sexual abuse, dangerous condition of public property against governments, insurance bad faith, product liability and dog bites. During his time at the firm, he has resolved hundreds of cases, many worth well over seven figures. In 2016, Elliot received one of the highest personal injury settlements in California, a $13,000,000 verdict for a vehicle collision on the freeway.

His work outside of the legal field is also vast. As an active member of many charities, he spends much of his free time helping families with vital resources, donating school supplies for kids and partaking in hospital visits for people without families. As a member of California’s Bar, he has also done pro bono work to help victims get results and medical care. All these experiences have helped shape him into a more compassionate lawyer.

Elliot is also a member of the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers’ Charities, an organization, which resonates with dedicated legal professionals for their amazing work helping people in need, in the Los Angeles area. He is a graduate of University of California, Los Angeles, and Southwestern University School of Law.
