Lawyer Profile

Jack C. Morgan III joined Aloia Roland as a senior partner in 2017. An established partner in a high-profile national law firm, Morgan yearned for a more entrepreneurial environment where he would have greater freedom to pursue justice across an expansive range of business and personal legal issues. In a world of increasing legal specialization, Morgan continues to push the intellectual envelope to remain a true scholar of the law.

His clients range from multinational corporations to local and regional businesses, contractors, real estate developers, universities, entertainers and professional athletes.

As a young attorney, Morgan was drawn to the interplay of the courtroom. He quickly developed a reputation for taking on business and personal legal issues that were multifaceted and often required a high degree of specialization and inquiry. Today, Morgan is a relentless advocate in the courtroom, having tried cases before a multitude of tribunals throughout the nation: state and federal courts, administrative hearing officers, arbitrators, and arbitration panels. The body of his work as an attorney is as deep as it is broad-preparing every case for trial, for he knows that to do so will achieve the best result for his client at the negotiating table.
